Case Comment: Sanjay Kumar Gupta & Another v Sony Pictures

In Sanjay Gupta v Sony Pictures, the Delhi High Court has held that a concept note is not protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 as it represents a mere idea rather than expression of such idea.
